Madurai DHEW has released the recruitment notification to fill the 04  Gender Specialist, Accounts Assistant, IT Assistant (Mission Sakthi), Case Worker Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://madurai.nic.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 26.05.2026. கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Gender Specialist – 
   • Graduate in Social Work / Other Social Streams. Post-Graduates will be Preferred. 
   • At Least Three Years experience of working with the Government / Non Government organizations in gender focused themes.
2. Accounts Assistant – 
   • Graduate / Diploma in Accounts / Other Streams having accounts as a subject.
   • At Least Three Years experience of working with the Govt / Non Government organizations in gender focused themes. 
3. IT Assistant (Mission Sakthi) – 
   • Bachelor Degree with working knowledge in computers / Information Technology etc with a minimum of years experience in date management, process documentation & web-base reporting formats, at state or district level with government or Non-Governmental IT-based organizations. 
4. Case Worker – 
   • Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work (BSW), Counselling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum One year working experience in the field of violence against women issues. Only Female Applicants may apply. As One Stop Centre functions 24*7 Applicants have to work in 3 shifts. The Applicant should be resident of the local community

சம்பளம் : 

1. Gender Specialist – Rs. 21,000/-
2. Accounts Assistant – Rs. 20,000/-
3. IT Assistant (Mission Sakthi) – Rs. 20,000/- 
4. Case Worker – Rs. 18,800/-
