The Railway  Recruitment Board has officially announced a massive 2026  recruitment Notification (Advt. No. 02/2026) to fill 6565 Technician Grade-I Signal, Technician Grade-III vacancies. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, Apply Online on the official Web-site of this Railway Recruitment Board i.e. https://www.rrbchennai.gov.in/. The online application portal will be opened on 30.06.2026 for filling online applications and the date for closing the online application interface is 29.07.2026

Technician Grade-I Signal, Technician Grade-III Posts

                                 6565 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Technician Grade-I Signal – 
   • A) Bachelor of Science In Physics / Electronics / Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT)/ Instrumentation  OR B.Sc. in a combination of any substream of basic streams of Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science (CS)/Information Technology (IT) /Instrumentation  (OR) 
   • B) Diploma in Engineering (Three years) in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams (OR) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams”
2. Technician Grade-III – 
   • Matriculation / 10th plus ITI from accredited institutions of NCVT/SCVT in concerned trade. (OR) Matriculation /10th with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the concerned trades.

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Technician Grade-I Signal – Age Limit 18 to 33 Years
2. Technician Grade-III – Age Limit 18 to 30 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

சம்பளம் : 

1. Technician Grade-I Signal – Level 5 Rs.29200/-
2. Technician Grade-III – Level 2 Rs.19900/-

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

• Computer Based Test 
• Document Verification (DV)
• Medical Examination (ME)
