 The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released its latest official recruitment notification (Advt. No. E/13/2026-C-2) to fill the 731 Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Group ‘B’, Non- Gazetted) and Stenographer Grade ‘D’(Group ‘C’ Posts. Applicants meeting the requirements notified may submit their application through online mode from 24.04.2026 to 15.05.2026 and the Online Application form facility can be accessed through Staff Selection Commission website https://ssc.gov.in/ (Career Page)

Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Group ‘B’, Non- Gazetted) and Stenographer Grade ‘D’(Group ‘C’) Posts

காலிப்பணியிடங்கள்  :

                                 731 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி : 

• Candidates must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University

வயது வரம்பு :

• Stenographer Grade ‘C’: 18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2026, i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1996 and not later than 01.08.2008 are eligible to apply. 
• Stenographer Grade ‘D’: 18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2026, i.e., Candidates born not before 02.08.1999 and not later than 01.08.2008are eligible to apply.

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

1. Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’  – Rs 35,400/-

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

• Computer Based Examination  
• Skill Test in Stenography 

விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை :

Willing candidates may apply online through the link provided on the official website of the Official Website i.e. https://ssc.gov.in/. The link shall remain active from 24.04.2026 to 15.05.2026 after which the link shall be disabled. No new registration or modification in the online application form shall be permitted after the last date for submission of online application i.e.15.05.2026
