Bank of Baroda has released the recruitment notification No: BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/06 to fill the 253 Assistant Vice President 1 – MSME Relationship, Deputy Manager – MSME Relationship, Assistant Manager – MSME Sales Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://bankofbaroda.bank.in/ from 06.02.2026 to 26.02.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Bank of Baroda Specialist Officer (MSME Banking Department)  2026 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Assistant Vice President 1 – MSME Relationship – 
   • Education Qualification:
     • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
     • Preferred: Full Time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance
   • Post Qualification Work Experience:
     • Mandatory: Minimum -05- years of experience in Asset Sales with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India 
     • Preferred: Experience in Sale of MSME loan products
2. Deputy Manager – MSME Relationship – 
   • Education Qualification:
     • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
     • Preferred: Full Time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance
   • Post Qualification Work Experience:
     • Mandatory: Minimum -03- years of experience in Asset Sales with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India
     • Preferred: Experience in Sale of MSME loan products
3. Assistant Manager – MSME Sales – 
   • Education Qualification:
   • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
   • Preferred: Full Time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance
   • Post Qualification Work Experience:
     • Mandatory: Minimum -02- years of experience in Asset Sales with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India
     • Preferred: Experience in Sale of MSME loan products

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Assistant Vice President 1 – MSME Relationship – Min.: 26 Years, Max.: 36 Years
2. Deputy Manager – MSME Relationship – Min.: 24 Years, Max.: 34 Years
3. Assistant Manager – MSME Sales – Min.: 22 Years, Max.: 32 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
