 Bank of Baroda has released the recruitment notification No: BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/07 to fill the 166 Senior Manager – MSME Relationship, Senior Manager – Credit Analyst, Manager – Credit Analyst Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://bankofbaroda.bank.in/ from 06.02.2026 to 26.02.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Bank of Baroda SO (MSME Banking) 2026 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Senior Manager – MSME Relationship
   • Education Qualification:
     • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
     • Preferred: Two Year Full Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM in Finance / Marketing / Sales / Banking
   • Post Qualification Experience:
     • Experience: Minimum -08- years of experience in Banking, out of which -04- years experience in Credit Processing / Sales of Loan Products with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India 
     • Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing / Sales of MSME Loans
2. Senior Manager – Credit Analyst
   • Education Qualification: 
     • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
     • Preferred : CA/CFA/CMA or Two Year Full Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM in Finance
   • Post Qualification Experience:
     • Experience: Minimum -06- years of experience in Credit Processing with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India OR Minimum -06- years of experience as Analyst in RBI approved Rating Agencies Candidate having CA/CMA as qualification, for them minimum 5 years experience is required
     • Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing 
3. Manager – Credit Analyst
   • Education Qualification: 
     • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
     • Preferred : CA/CFA/CMA or Two Year Full Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM in Finance
   • Post Qualification Experience:
     • Experience: Minimum -03- years of experience in Credit Processing with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India OR Minimum -03- years of experience as Analyst in RBI approved Rating Agencies Candidate having CA/CMA as qualification, for them minimum 2 years experience is required 
     • Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing

1. Senior Manager – MSME Relationship – Min.: 30 Years, Max.: 40 Years
2. Senior Manager – Credit Analyst – Min.: 29 Years,Max.: 37 Years
3. Manager – Credit Analyst – Min.: 25 Years, Max.: 34 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years
