கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Senior Manager (Communication and Technology) – 
   • Qualification: First Class Graduate in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / IT / specialization in the concerned field of IT from an accredited university/institution. 
   • Desirable: Post Graduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering / IT from an accredited University / Institution. 
   • Experience: 9 years’ experience in Executive cadre in Programming / Electronic Data Processing / Network/system design & Analysis / relevant fields of Information Technology in any Industrial / Commercial organization. Desirable: Experience in the Port/Shipping sector.
2. Manager (Communication and Technology) – 
   • Qualification: First Class Graduate in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / IT / specialization in the concerned field of IT from an accredited university/institution. 
   • Desirable: Post Graduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution. 
   • Experience: 5 years’ experience in Executive cadre in Programming/Electronic Data Processing / Network/system design & Analysis / relevant fields of Information Technology in any Industrial / Commercial organization Desirable: Experience in Port/Shipping sector
3. Manager (Business Development and Trade Promotion) – 
   • Qualification: Any recognized Degree with Post Graduate Degree / MBA / equivalent qualification from a recognized National / International University. 
   • Desirable: Professional qualifications from Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers or Institute of Chartered Logistics and Transport (member, fellow or associate of the institute obtained after passing prescribed examinations. Not honorary membership). 
   • Experience: 5 years work experience in the area of Business Development and trade Promotion in a service sector / public sector / private sector entity.
4. Senior Manager (Environment Planning and Safety) – 
   • Qualification: A Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Engineering (or) Equivalent from an accredited National / International University. 
   • Desirable: A Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Engineering / Industrial Health.
   • Experience: 7 years of work experience in Industrial / Marine Safety.
   • Desirable: Experience in infrastructure, heavy engineering, ports, and the shipping industry.
5. Manager (Environment Planning and Safety) – 
   • Qualification: A Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering from a recognized National / International University. 
   • Desirable: A Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Engineering / Industrial Health.
   • Experience: five years of experience in environmental regulations and assessment.
   • Desirable: Experience in heavy engineering, ports, shipping, and infrastructure.. Must have broad knowledge in training and direct experience in interpreting and navigating environmental regulations and issues encompassing local, state and federal regulatory requirements and permit processes.
6. Manager (Corporate Legal) – 
   • Qualification: Degree in Law from an accredited National / International University. 
   • Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate / Maritime Law from an accredited National / International University. 
   • Experience: 5 years work experience in the Legal wing of Corporates.
   • Desirable: Expertise in the shipping and port industry. gaining experience as an advocate.
