RFCL has released the recruitment notification No: Rectt/02/2025 to fill the 36 AM, Dy Manager, Manager, Chief Manager & Dy General Manager Posts. From December 17, 2025, until January 15, 2026, this online service will be accessible on the official website at https://www.rfcl.co.in/. Before submitting an application, Applicants must carefully read the RFCL Assistant Manager 2026 notification and verify their eligibility

    • Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Integrated Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ PG Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years’ duration in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute. A Graduate in Law (LLB) is desirable.
