The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://chengalpattu.nic.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 27.12.2025. For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health workers (Female) qualification prior to 15.11.2012 – SSLC with 18 months Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health workers (Female) course. 2. For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) qualification after 15.11.2012 – +2 with 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course. 3. Having a certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council;

4. TherapeuticAssistant – Diploma in Nursing Therapy
5. TherapeuticAssistant(NRHM) – Diploma in Nursing Therapy
6. Consultant(BNYS) – Yoga naturopathy
7. Medical Officer (Homoeopathy) – Post Graduate
8. Medical Officer (NRHM) – Bachelor of siddha Medicine Science
9. Yoga Professional – Bachelor naturopathy Yoga Science
10. DEO (Data Entry Operator) (NTEP) – Computer Graduate or any Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University
11. TB Health Visitor (NTEP) – Graduate in or Twelfth (10+2) in Science and two- year course in MPHW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/Certificate or higher course in health education/Counselling
12. Mid Level Health Provider Staff Nurse – GNM / B.Sc (Nursing)
13. Lab Technician (ICTC) – Intermediate (10 +2 and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
