GAIL has released the recruitment notification to fill the 39 Officer, Senior Officer, Senior Engineer & Chief Manager Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://gailonline.com/ from 24.11.2025 to 23.12.2025.   1. Chief Manager (Law)  –
    • Education Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 55% marks. OR 05 years Integrated Bachelor of Legislative Law (Professional) with minimum 55% marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 12 (Twelve) years 
  2. Senior Officer (BIS)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks and Master’s Degree in Computer Application (MCA) of minimum 2 years with minimum 60 % marks 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  3. Senior Engineer (Boiler Operation)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical with minimum 55% marks and Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  4. Senior Engineer (Mechanical)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 60% Marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  5. Senior Engineer (Electrical)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical, 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  6. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation) – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  7. Senior Engineer (GAILTEL)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Telecommunication with minimum 60% Marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year  
  8. Senior Officer (Fire & Safety)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/ Fire & Safety with minimum 55% Marks. Candidates with a one-year industrial safety diploma from a government-approved central or regional labor institute will be given preference.
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  9. Senior Officer (Contracts & Procurement) – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  10. Senior Engineer (Civil)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum 60% marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  11. Senior Officer (Marketing) – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Oil & Gas/ Petroleum and Energy/ Energy and Infrastructure/ International Business with minimum 60% Marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  12. Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts)  – 
    • Education Qualification: CA/ CMA (ICWA) OR B.Com with minimum 55% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% Marks. OR Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% Marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  13. Senior Officer (Human Resources) – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% Marks and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60% Marks. OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% Marks and Two years Master Degree/ Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% Marks. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law (Professional). 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  14. Senior Officer (Law)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 55% marks. OR 05 years Integrated Bachelor of Legislative Law (Professional) with minimum 55% marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  15. Senior Officer (Medical Services)  – 
    • Education Qualification: MBBS Degree (Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration with relevant statutory council /body).
    • Desirable: Diploma in specialized field e.g. DGO, DCH etc. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  16. Senior Engineer (Environment Engineering)  – 
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Environmental with minimum 65% marks. 
    • Minimum Essential Experience: 01 (One) year 
  17. Officer (Official Language) – 
    • Education Qualification: Master Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature with minimum 60% marks for OBC(NCL) and 55% for PwBD. Should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation. Desirable: Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University or equivalent.

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

  • For the post of Senior Officer (F&S): A physical endurance test (PET) and an interview with the selection committee will be part of the selection process.
  • For the post of Senior Officer (Medical Services): The selection process will include interviews with the Selection Committee and writing exercises or other tools for evaluating skills and competences.
  • For the post of Officer (Official Language): The selection process will include an interview with the Selection Committee and a skill test (translation from English to Hindi and vice versa).
