if you want to start your Paytm KYC center then you have to follow these steps carefully:

  1. Go the link Paytm.com and click on “Paytm KYC Partners” option.
  2. After that fill all important information like as your Name, Shop address, type of outlets (Fixed or Individual) and one option can be generate problem in understanding which is “Existing CSP of any other bank?(yes or no)”. But don’t worry I solved it.
  3. Here CSP means Customer Service Point (grahak seva kendra). That means paytm asking about that you are already a kiosk agent of any other bank or not.
  4. After fillling this form submit it and wait for call of paytm (they will only confirm that are you interested or not? don’t worry about it. It is only a procedure.).
  5. After fourth process a paytm agent will come on your address and get your documents like Aadhar Card, PAN card (Compulsory) and other education related documents, if you are not graduate don’t worry anybody can apply for it. It is not required graduation or any type of degree.
  6. This point is compulsory and you have to complete it. according to this point you have to get these tools for starting this KYC service of paytm:

A. One Computer/laptop (Rs.18000–Rs.25000)

B. One printing and scanning machine (Rs. 4000-Rs.5000)

Golden Gate is a proprietary app of Paytm. This app can be used by Paytm Partners to onboard KYC customers on behalf of Paytm.

When and how can I get access to Golden Gate app?

Once your KYC is done, you will immediately receive the download file of the GG app on your registered email id. You will have to download and install on your Android phone. To login into the app, simply use the registered email id/phone number and password of your Paytm account.
