கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Construction Assistant ‘A’ (Level 2) – (i) Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard pass under 10+2 system)*. (ii) Industrial Training Institute (ITI)/ National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) or equivalent in the required trade. (iii) Two years experience in the required trade
2. Construction Handler (Level 1) – (i) Secondary School certificate (10th Standard pass under 10+2 system). (ii) Certificate from a recognised Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in the required trade
3. Fire Engine Driver (Ordinary Grade), Level – 3 – (i) Possession of a valid driving license for heavy motor vehicles; (ii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle); (iii) Experience of driving a heavy motor vehicle for at least three years; (iv) Pass in 10th standard from a recognized Board; and (v) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties. 
4. Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) Level – 2 – (i) Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars and light motor vehicles; (ii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle); (iii) Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years; and (iv) Pass in 10th standard from a recognized Board. 
5. Desirable: Possession of a valid Driving License of Heavy Vehicles

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
