IBPS – Institute of Banking Personnel Selection invites online recruitment applications through IBPS website (https://www.ibps.in/) (Advt. No. CRP SPL-XVI) for the following posts of 745 Specialist Officers’ Cadre vacancies on regular basis. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, According to the official timeline, the online application portal opens today, 01.07.2026, and interested applicants must submit their forms before the closing date on 21.07.2026

• IT Officer (Scale I) – a) 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR b) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science (CS)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication (ECE)/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Applications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
• Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I) – Four years Degree (Graduate) in Agro- Forestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Co-operation & Banking/ B.Tech Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering
• Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) – Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level. 
• Law Officer (Scale I) – A Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council
• HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I) –  Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
• Marketing Officer (Scale I) – Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing

வயது வரம்பு :

• IT Officer Cadre (Scale I) – Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years
• Agricultural Field Officer Cadre (Scale I) – Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years
• Rajbhasha Adhikari Cadre (Scale I) – Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years
• Law Officer Cadre (Scale I) – Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years
• HR/Personnel Officer Cadre (Scale I) –  Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years
• Marketing Officer Cadre (Scale I) – Min- 20 Years Max-30 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:

  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
