Supreme Court of India has released the recruitment notification No: F.21(LC)/2026-SC(RC)  to fill the 90 Law Clerk – Research Associate Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://www.sci.gov.in/ from 20.01.2026 to 07.02.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Supreme Court of India Law Clerk – Research Associate 2026 notification and verify their eligibility

Law Clerk – Research Associate Posts

காலிப்பணியிடங்கள்  :

                                 90 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி : 

• The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk) having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/College/University/Institution established by law in India and accredited by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate. 
• The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate. 
• The applicant must possess writing skills, research and analytical abilities, computer expertise, and the ability to retrieve needed information from a variety of search engines and procedures, including e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.

வயது வரம்பு :

• The candidate must not be below the age of 20 years and above 32 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

1. Law Clerk – Research Associate – Rs.1,00,000/-

• Written Test 
• Certificate Verification
