கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Lecturer -Architectural Assistantship (SW) – B.Arch or 4 year Degree in allied field with First Class or equivalent. (OR) Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in relevant disciplines with First Class in either of the two at the time of selection.
2. Lecturer -English – Master’s degree in appropriate subject with 1st Class or equivalent. (OR) A Post Graduate with 1st Class or equivalent in a concerned  subject and must have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or an exam similar to SLET/SET that has been approved by the UGC.
3. Lecturer -Chemistry – Master’s degree in appropriate subject with 1st Class or equivalent. (OR) A Post Graduate with 1st or equivalent in a concerned subject and must have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or an exam similar to SLET/SET that has been approved by the UGC.
4. Skilled Assistant-Architectural Assistantship (SW) – An Industrial Training Institute (ITI) / National Trade Certificate (NTC) / National Apprenticeship Training Certificate in the Architectural Draughtsman/ Draughtsman (Civil) trade.
5. Junior Assistant- Office – Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination

2. Lecturer -English – should not have completed 59 Years
3. Lecturer -Chemistry – should not have completed 59 Years
4. Skilled Assistant-Architectural Assistantship (SW) – should not have completed 38 years
5. Junior Assistant- Office – SC/ SCA/ ST/ DW – 18 to 37 Years, MBC/ BC(OBCM)/ BCM – 18 to 34 Years, UR – 18 to 32 Years
