This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://www.nabard.org/ from 17.01.2026 to 03.02.2026. NABARD Bank employees are eligible for various Government Staff Home Loans, Personal Loans for Bank Employees, and Premium Credit Card offers

Development Assistant (Group ‘B’) Posts

                                162 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Development Assistant (Group ‘B’) – Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) in aggregate or possess equivalent qualification from a recognised University / Institution incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section-3 of UGC Act, 1956.
2. Development Assistant (Hindi) (Group ‘B’) – Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate OR Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate. Applicants must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Development Assistant (Group ‘B’) – Between 21 and 35 years
2. Development Assistant (Hindi) (Group ‘B’) – Between 21 and 35 years 

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

1. Development Assistant (Group ‘B’) – Rs.32,000/- (Approximately)
2. Development Assistant (Hindi) (Group ‘B’) – Rs.32,000/- (Approximately) 

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

• Preliminary Examination (Online) 
• Main Examination (Online)
• Language Proficiency Test
