 Air Force School Avadi has released the recruitment notification to fill the 18 PRT, PRT (Special Educator), NTT, Helper, Watchmen Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://afschoolavadi.com/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 20.01.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Air Force School Avadi Teaching and Non Teaching notification and verify their eligibility

காலிப்பணியிடங்கள்  :

                                18 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. PRT – 
   • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from a recognized board. OR 
   • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four year Bachelor of Elementary Education ( B.El.Ed.) OR  
   • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two-year Diploma in Education (special education) OR  
   • Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any NCTE recognized institution along with six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE.
2. PRT (Special Educator) – 
   • XIIth passed and two-year D.Ed. Special Education in any of the category of disability or  
   • XIIth passed and one-year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the category of disability  
   • Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  
   • Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  
   • Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf or  
   • Primary level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment or  
   • Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation-Mental Retardation (DVR-MR) /Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment -Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  
   • Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  
   • XII passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one-year duration and 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or  
   • Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI 
3. NTT – 
   • Senior Secondary with Nursery Teachers Training diploma or diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-primary Teachers Training or Diploma in Elementary Education from a Govt recognized institution. While candidates with higher qualification may apply, preference is to be given to candidates with diploma in Nursery/Montessori Training.
4. Helper – 
   • 10th or 12th Pass (Senior Secondary). 
   • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and Hindi. 
   • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications is often required. 
   • Preference for those with prior experience in school support roles or as ex-servicemen. 
5. Watchmen – 
   • Usually 10th pass (Matriculation) or equivalent, though some roles might require more. 
   • Suitability for security/watchman duties.

3. NTT – Rs 18,000/-
4. Helper – Rs.13,000/-
5. Watchmen – Rs 13,000/-

• Written Test / Teaching Aptitude Test (TAT)/ Practical/ Interview

• B.Ed. Degree certificate from a recognized Institute.
• Experience certificate (if any) from a recognized school. 
• CTET Pass certificate (wherever applicable).
