UPSC has released the recruitment notification No: 14/2025 to fill the 110 Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications, Deputy Director (Examination Reforms) Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://upsc.gov.in/ from 13.12.2025 to 01.01.2026 at 06.00 PM. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the UPSC Examiner 2025 notification and verify their eligibility

Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications, Deputy Director (Examination Reforms) Posts

காலிப்பணியிடங்கள்  :

                                110 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications – 
   • Educational: Degree in law of a recognized University. 
   • Experience: Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications.
   • Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized University
2. Deputy Director (Examination Reforms) – 
   • Educational: Ph.D in any discipline in Humanities or Science or Commerce or Engineering/Technology or in a professional course such as Law or Management or Finance or Accounts from a recognized University or Institute.
   • Experience: Five years post qualification experience in teaching at degree level / research / preparation of teaching learning material / curriculum development / educational testing / examination reforms / development & administration of online examinations.
   • Desirable Qualification: One year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
   • Desirable Experience: Two years’ experience in software application

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications – 
   • 30 years for UR/EWSs
   • 33 years for OBCs 
   • 35 years for SCs/STs
   • 40 years for PwBDs.
2. Deputy Director (Examination Reforms) – 
   • 43 years for OBCs 
   • 45 years for SCs.

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years
