Naval Dockyard has released the recruitment notification No: DAS(V)/01/25 to fill the 320 Apprentice Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/ from 03.12.2025 to 02.01.2026. - SSC/Matric/Std X 50% (aggregate) SSC/ Matric and ITI certificates without marks/ grades / grade points / percentage will not be accepted OR
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT) 65% (aggregate)SSC/ Matric and ITI certificates without marks/ grades / grade points / percentage will not be accepted
வயது வரம்பு :
- No upper age restriction for apprenticeship training as per MSDE.
- Minimum age is 14 years and for hazardous trades it is Minimum age 18 years according to ‘The Apprentices Act 1961. Accordingly, candidates born on or before 02 May 2012 are eligible for non- hazardous trades and candidates born on or before 02 May 2008 are eligible for hazardous trades
சம்பளம் :
- Apprentice – Rs.9,600/- to Rs.10,560/-

- Candidates have to first register themselves in an online portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) mandatorily. After registration, login to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in web portal. Print off two copies of the hall pass (format included in Annexure I of this advertisement), fill it out with a ballpoint pen, and attach a current passport color photo to the designated box.
- Apprentice profile, two original hall tickets and all relevant documents along with check-off list placed at Annexure- II of this advertisement indicating status of enclosed documents are required to be forwarded in an envelope cover (Write trade name on application envelop cover) to “The Officer-in-Charge (for Apprenticeship), Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, VM Naval Base S.O., P.O., Visakhapatnam – 530 014, Andhra Pradesh” by Post. This would be considered as the off-line application for the purpose of enrollment.
- The application must be sent with a self-addressed, blank envelope that has been stamped with Rs.55/- to send the candidate’s hall ticket by Speed Post
