கல்வி தகுதி :

1.Auxiliary Nurse Midwife - (i) Must have passed Higher Secondary (+2). (ii) Must have undergone two years Multi – Purpose Health Workers (Female) training Course / Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training Course awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine (iii) A certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council

2.Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health -Counselor - M.Sc/ B.Sc Social Work/PublicAdministration/Psychology/Ho me Science/ Hospital & Health Management Experience: 1-2 Years work Experience Health Sector / relevant field, Basic Computer Skill

3.Radiographer - C.R.A. (Certificate of Radiological Assistance) / B.Sc., Radiology Imaging Technology

4.National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme – Lab Technician - Twelfth (10+2) and 2 Years Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology Recognized by DME.

5.Integrated Counselling Testing Center Counselor -  Graduate degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development OR diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS. In case of those recruited from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have minimum 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDA. It is desirable that counsellor holds post- graduate degree in Psychology (MA/MSc) or Social Work. As per contract, counsellor needs to undergo the integrated induction and refresher training as per NACO Guidelines.

6.Integrated Counselling Testing Center -Lab Technician -  Minimum a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from state government approved institution. The services of the existing LTs who do not hold DMLT may continue if they have done Certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have over 5 years of experience working in ICTC. As per contract, LT needs to undergo the 5 days induction and 3 days refreshed training as per the NACO
