கல்வி தகுதி :

1. District Public and Private Mix Co-ordinator – 
   • Education Qualification: 1. Post Graduate 2. One year experience of working in the field of Communication / ACSM / Public-Private Partnership / Health projects/programs 3. You should be able to drive a two-wheeler and have a permanent driver’s license.
   • Additional Qualification: 1. Preference to those who have worked in NTEP 2. Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Master’s holders in Social Sciences / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development / Advocacy / Partnerships / related field 3. Basic knowledge of computers
2. Senior Treatment Supervisor – 
   • Education Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course 2. Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months) 3. You should be able to drive a two-wheeler and have a permanent driver’s license.
   • Additional Qualification: 1. Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in social work or Medical Social work 2. Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for multipurpose health workers
3. District Pharmacist – 
   • Education Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy
   • Additional Qualification: 1 year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/health center recognized by Govt

• Candidates must attend the interview with their BIO-DATA and passport-size photo. 
• Candidates must bring all their original certificates (including school certificates, community certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence – LMV, before the expiry date) for verification. 
• Candidates must also bring attested photocopies of all the certificates in A/B size. 
• A postal envelope with the candidate’s full postal address must be submitted. 
• A ₹25 postal stamp must be affixed on the envelope.
