2. Driver – Rs.19500 – 71900/- (Level 8)

There are no separate application forms. You must state your personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Age, Educational Qualification, Caste, Residential Address, Priority Certificate, Work Experience) on a separate sheet of paper. Attach photocopies of the relevant certificates, a residence certificate, and 2 conduct certificates obtained from gazetted officers, and send it either in person or by post to the address mentioned below
