HCL has released the recruitment notification No: 1/2029/2025-26 to fill the 64 Junior Manager (E0 Grade) Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://www.hindustancopper.com/ from 27.11.2025 to 17.12.2025. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the HCL Junior Manager  2025 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Junior Manager – Mining –  (i) Diploma in Mining with Five years of experience in the concerned field. (ii) Metalliferous Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) OR i. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field. ii. Second-Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mine (Unrestricted) or Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted).
2. Junior Manager – Geology –  Diploma in Draughtsman-ship in Mechanical or Civil trade with 5 years of experience in the relevant field. OR Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Junior Manager – Survey –   Diploma in Survey with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field with Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of competency OR Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering /Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency or Master Degree in (Geomatics with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
4. Junior Manager – Environment  –  Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering / Technology with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
5. Junior Manager – Electrical –  Diploma in Electrical Engg. with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
6. Junior Manager – Mechanical  –  Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
7. Junior Manager – Civil  – Diploma in Civil Engg. with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field
8. Junior Manager – Mineral Processing – Bachelor Degree in Mineral Processing / Mineral Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
9. Junior Manager – Finance  – Intermediate Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants with three years’ experience in the relevant field. OR PG Diploma in Finance/MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience in the relevant field
10. Junior Manager – Human Resource  –  Graduate with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR PG Degree in HR/PG Diploma in HR/MBA in HR with 2 years of experience in the relevant field
11. Junior Manager – Admin  – Graduate with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR PG Degree in HR/PG Diploma in HR/MBA in HR with 2 years of experience in the relevant field
12. Junior Manager – Law –  Graduate with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR LLB / 5 years’ integrated LLB with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
13. Junior Manager – Materials & Contracts (M&C) –  Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with ‘Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management’. AND 2 Years of experience in the relevant field.

1. Junior Manager (E0 Grade) – 40 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
