கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Manager (Operation & Maintenance)  –  Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/E&C) Experience: 5 years of experience in operations management, facilities management, inventory control, vendor relationship management, plant operations / managing real estate/technology parks

2. Technical Assistant –  Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering  or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/E&C) Experience: 2 Yrs experience in operations and maintenance of Mechanical (Lifts &  HVAC), Electrical and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions

3. Executive Assistant –  Education Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 2 Yrs experience in using computers, Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) with English typing.

சம்பளம் : 

1. Manager (Operation & Maintenance)  – Rs.50,000/-

2. Technical Assistant – Rs.30,000/-

3. Executive Assistant – Rs.25,000/-
