Southern Railway Recruitment 2025

 Southern Railway has released the recruitment notification No: CPB/P1/98/Act/TP/Vol.XXI Date:25-08-2025 to fill the 3518 Apprentices Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://sr.indianrailways.gov.in/ from 25.08.2025 to 25.09.2025 at 05.00 PM. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Southern Railway Apprentice 2025 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி :

Fresher Category:-

1. Fitter, Painter & Welder – Should have passed 10th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10, +2 System of education or its equivalent.

2. Medical Laboratory Technician (Radiology, Pathology, Cardiology) Trades –  Should have passed 12th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10, +2 system of education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Ex.ITI Category:-

1. Fitter, Machinist, MMV, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Carpenter, Painter, Welder (G&E), Wireman, Advance Welder, Plumber, Draughtsman (Civil) & Mech.R&AC –  Should have passed 10th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under  10 +2 System of education or its equivalent and passed ITI Course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI and should possess certificate issued by the National  Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training in the respective  trade.

2. Electrician  – Should have passed 10th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate  marks) under 10 +2 System of education with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent and passed ITI Course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI and should possess certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or  State Council for Vocational Training in the respective trade.

3. Electronics Mechanic – Should have passed 10th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education with Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics or its equivalent and passed ITI Course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI and should possess certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training in the respective trade.

4. Secretarial Assistant & Stenographer (English) – Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and passed ITI Course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI and should possess certificate issued by the  National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training in the respective trade.

5. Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance – Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education and passed ITI Course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI and should possess certificate issued by  the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training in  the respective trade.

6. FCOPA/PASSA – Should have passed SSLC/10th Class (with a min of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education & National Trade Certificate issued by National  Council for Vocational Training in “Computer Operator & Programming Assistant”

வயது வரம்பு :

The Applicants should have completed Minimum 15 years of age and should NOT have completed Maximum 22/24 years for Freshers/Ex-ITI, MLT respectively.

For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years

For OBC Applicants: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years

For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years

For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years

சம்பளம் : 

Fresher’s – Xstd Rs.6000/- (per month)

Fresher’s – 12thstd Rs.7000/- (per month)

Ex-ITI – Rs.7000/- (per month)
