StartupTN has released the recruitment notification to fill the 09 Project Associate Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://startuptn.in/ from 29.07.2025 to 12.08.2025 at 05.00 PM. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the StartupTN Project Associate 2025 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி :

• Graduate or Post Graduate from a Accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have Two Years prior experience in the relevant field. 
• The candidate should have outstanding managerial abilities and a mindset of unending curiosity while learning and relearning. Passionate in teaching, mentoring aspirants and innovating solutions to seed entrepreneurship.
• Preference will be given for candidates with working experience in the Startup Ecosystem like: – Startup & Innovation agencies of National / State Governments / Entrepreneurship Promotion bodies. 
– Ex-Startup Founders. 
– Managerial role in scaled Startups. 
– non-governmental organizations that assist and encourage startups. In consulting businesses, managers and leaders have a track record of successfully managing startup topics.
– Startup and new economy related market research firms.Leading 
– advanced research projects with inner commercialization capability or creating high impact potential. 
– Active volunteer in startup communities. 
Other Desired Qualities: 
– Skills and experience in leading projects/teams at the college level entrepreneurship initiatives. 
– Collaborative mindset and a knack to constantly learn. 
– proficiency with both basic office suites and contemporary computing tools. a tech enthusiast or savvy person who is well-versed in the tools that maximize productivity. The capacity to collaborate with others and communicate with a variety of stakeholders in a cordial and expert manner.
– Along with a thorough understanding of important topics that span the business lifecycle, they should possess outstanding interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
– Candidates are expected to have good proficiency in Tamil and English.
