| 1. Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’ – Educational Qualifications (as on July 01, 2025): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University / College/ Institution recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India with a minimum of Fifty Percentage marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/ years. In order to be considered for openings reserved for SC/ST and PwBD candidates, candidates must earn a minimum of 45% in their Bachelor of Laws degree over the course of all semesters and years. Experience (as on July 01, 2025): Essential: 1. Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate. 2. Experience of at least two years following enrollment: (i) After enrolling with the Bar Council, as an advocate or (ii) as a law officer in the legal department of a sizable bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, business, state, or federal governmentor (iii) As a full-time teacher in a Law College / University, teaching law. |

Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade ‘B’ – Educational Qualifications (as on July 01, 2025): A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a comparable degree with at least 60% of the possible points (or 55% for SC/ST students, if there are any slots designated for them) or an equivalent grade over the course of all semesters and years. The total for the course would be represented by the aggregate grade point, which is the percentage of marks awarded. Experience (as on July 01, 2025): Essential: At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field after graduation (in a position of independent responsibility) in a public/private limited organization, including Hospitals /Banks/ Financial Institutions /Planning/Designing/Construction/ Large Office Buildings/ Multistoried Buildings/ Housing Companies / residential campus based educational institutions and having experience in preparation and evaluation of tender. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of how to maintain residential and office buildings and colonies. ( ii) Knowledge of PERT/CPM methodologies and experience managing construction projects in all their facets. (iii) Working knowledge of Computer in Structural Design in CAM/ CAD / MS Project or Primavera/ evaluation and analyzing of tenders with special references. (iv) Working knowledge in structural rehabilitation works. (v) Experience in Construction and Project Management. (vi) the capacity to operate in a computerized setting. |
| 3. Manager (Technical-Electrical) in Grade ‘B’ – Educational Qualifications (as on July 01, 2025): A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering with at least 60% of the possible points (or 55% for SC/ST students, if special seats are available) or an equivalent grade across all semesters and years. The sum of the marks awarded during the course would be represented by the aggregate grade point, or percentage of marks. Experience (as on July 01, 2025): Essential: At least three years of experience in a related field (in a position of independent responsibility) in a public or private limited company, such as hospitals, banks, financial institutions, or residential campuses of educational institutions, in the planning, designing, and execution of electrical installation work both inside and outside, large central air conditioning plants, elevators, communication systems, and other related services involved in large, multi-story building projects, including the preparation, examination, and evaluation of tenders. Desirable: (i) Working knowledge of electronic systems like CCTV surveillance systems, Addressable Security Alarm and Fire Alarm systems, EPABX, UPS system, etc. (ii) knowledge of how to maintain air conditioning units, pumps, elevators, etc. (iii) Experience of administering construction projects in all its aspects and knowledge of MS Project or Primavera/ PERT/ CPM techniques. (iv) Ability to work in a computerized environment. |
| 4. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’ – Educational Qualifications (as on July 01, 2025): Essential: (i) Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the bachelor’s degree level; OR (ii) a post-graduate diploma in translation and a second-class master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the bachelor’s degree level; OR (iii) a post-graduate diploma in Sanskrit, Economics, or Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at the bachelor’s degree level and a post-graduate diploma in translation. (One may have a recognized Hindi qualification equal to a bachelor’s degree in place of a Hindi course at the bachelor’s degree level); OR (iv) a Master’s degree in Hindi or Hindi translation and English, with at least a Second Class degree. Desirable: Knowledge of bi-lingual word processing. |
| 5. Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’ – Experience (as on July 01, 2025): The candidate must be an officer with a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card and at least 10 years of commissioned service in the regular Army, Navy, or Air Force (five years for PwBD candidates). |
