The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://ccmc.gov.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 30.04.2025. 2. Staff Nurse – 1. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife Course (DGNM) 2. BSC Nursing

3. Pharmacist – 1. Diploma in Pharmacy. 2. B.Pharm

4. Microbiologist – MSc. Medical Microbiologyy Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree, Diploma(Preferably in Microbiology. Virology. Pathology and Other Lab science) (Or) Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 2 years experience in Laboratory Science.

5. Lab Technician – DMLT

6. Multipurpose Health Worker – 8th Pass
