கல்வி தகுதி :

A. Category – I Graduate Apprentices:–
• Full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
• Full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
• Under Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above

B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-
• Full time Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Govt in relevant discipline.
• Full time Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Govt or Central Govt as equivalent to above

C. Category – III Non Engineering Graduates Apprentices (Arts / Science / Commerce) –  
• Regular – Full time Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Humanities such as BA/ B.Sc., / B.Com/ BBA/ BCA etc., granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved
