IOCL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 01.10.2021 is mandatory to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2021. Upper age relaxed for SC/ST candidates is 05 years, for PwBD candidates is 10 years.

Education Qualification

For Technical Apprentice: Candidate should have Three (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration/10+2) full time Diploma in any of the respective disciplines of Engineering is mandatory.

For Trade Apprentice (Assistant – Human Recourse): Candidate should have Full time Bachelors degree (Graduation) from a Govt. recognized institute/University.

For Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Candidate should have Full time Bachelors degree (Graduation) in Commerce from a recognized university/Institute is needed.

For Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Candidate should be 12th pass is needed.

For Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders): Candidate should be minimum 12th pass and additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognised under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognised by the Central Govt. is needed.

IOCL Apprenticeship Training Salary 2021

Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.

IOCL Recruitment 2021 Selection process

• Candidates are shortlisted based on Written test. The written test will be conduct on 21.11.2021. Written Test shall be of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) consisting of 4 options with one correct option. Candidate has to choose the correct option.
• Final selection for engagement of apprentices will be based on Written Test marks as per merit.
