படித்த இளைஞர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வேலை கிடைக்கும் என்று உறுதியாக சொல்லிவிட முடியாது. பல்வேறு காரணங்களால் இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலை கிடைப்பது கடினமாக உள்ளது.

படித்த வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழிலில் முனைவதின் மூலம் வேலை வாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்க தமிழக அரசு UYEGP (Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme)-படித்த வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்களுக்கான வேலை வாய்ப்பு பெருக்கத் திட்டம்) என்ற திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. தொழில் தொடங்க விருப்பமுள்ள இளைஞர்கள் தங்கள் தொழிலுக்கு தேவையான முதலீட்டினை (Capital) இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் பெறலாம்.

இத்திட்டத்தில் வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற இளைஞர்கள் (Unemployed Youth) தொழில் தொடங்குவதற்காக 25% சதவீதம் மானியத்துடன் (Subsidy) ரூபாய் 10 இலட்சம் வரை கடன் (Loan) வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

ELIGIBILITY:

Qualification :8th Pass

Age Limit :18 to 45 Years 18 to 35 Years (Other Community Men) 

Family Annual Income : Should not exceed Rs.5,00,000/- 

Residence : Should be a resident of minimum of 3 years in the same area. 

Project Loan : Business : Rs. 5 Lakhs 

            Service : Rs. 5 Lakhs 

            Manufacturing : Rs. 10 Lakhs 

DOCUMENTS:

1. Transfer certificate/ Record Sheet issued by School/College.
2. Ration Card.
3. In case of applicants who don't possess valid Ration Card, a Nativity certificate from the Thasildhar / Aadhar card xerox / Election voters identity card 
4. Valid Quotations (Original & Duplicate ) with GST number
5. Community Certificate
6. Ex-Service man /Differently abled /Transgenders should apply with valid certificate
7. Affidavit - A format enclosed herewith for reference to the candidate which should be typed in a Rs.20/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper duly Certified and Signed by the Notary Public and then submitted along with copy of Rental/Lease Agreement to the bank while sanctioning of loan.
