கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Supervisor – 
   • Graduate preferably in B.A in Social work / Computer Sciences / Information Technology / Community Sociology / Social Sciences from a recognized university. 
   • Weightage for experienced candidate. 
   • Proficiency in Computers. 
   • Candidates with prior experience in Emergency Helplines may be given preference.
2. Case Worker – 
   • 12th passed from a recognized Board / Equivalent Board. 
   • Good communication skills. 
   • Weightage for experienced candidate. 
   • Preference may be given to personnels of working in Emergency Helplines.

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Supervisor – Must not exceed 42 years
2. Case Worker – Must not exceed 42 years

சம்பளம் : 

1. Supervisor – Rs.21,000/-
2. Case Worker – Rs.18,000/-
