The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has officially announced a massive 2026 recruitment Notification ( Advertisement No.736 Notification No.05/ 2026 Date: 23.06.2026) to fill 26 Combined Civil Services Examination – I (Group I Services) vacancies. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, Apply Online on the official Web-site of this Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission i.e. https://tnpsc.gov.in/. The online application portal will be opened on 30.06.2026 for filling online applications and the date for closing the online application interface is 29.07.2026 at 11.59 P.M

கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Deputy Collector (Post Code: 1001) – 
   • Applicants must possess a degree  (Graduates) of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution. 
2. Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) (Post Code: 1003) –
   • Applicants must possess a degree  (Graduates) of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution. 
   • Other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates as follows;
     • (a) First – Applicants who hold both B.Com. degree and B.L. Graduate together with a Diploma in Taxation Laws
     • (b) Second – Applicants who hold both B.Com. and B.L. Graduate 
     • (c) Third – Applicants who hold either B.Com. degree or B.L. Graduate together with a Diploma in Taxation Laws 
     • (d) Fourth – Candidates who hold either B.Com. degree or B.L. Graduate
3. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Post Code: 1004) – 
   • Applicants must possess a degree  (Graduates) of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution. 
4. District Registrar (Post Code: 1005) –
   • Applicants must possess a degree  (Graduates) of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution. 
5. Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Post Code: 1946) – 
   • Applicants must possess a degree (Graduates) of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution. 
   • Other things being equal preference shall be given to freedom fighters and members of their families. 
   • Explanation: 
     • The expression – freedom fighters‖ shall mean persons who took part in any of the National Movements inaugurated by National Congress or under its sanction for attainment of independence of India and as a consequence have undergone imprisonment. 
     • The expression – Family‖ shall mean the father, mother, son, daughter, grandson or unmarried grand daughter of a freedom fighter.
