Tiruppur DHS has released the recruitment notification to fill the 97 Hospital Worker, Staff Nurse / MLHP, Multi Purpose  Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade II), Dental Surgeon, Physiotherapist, Audiologist (Audiologist & Speech Therapists), Occupational Therapist, Account Assistant, Lab Technician (Grade III), Audiometrician/ Audiometric Assistant, OT Technician / OT Assistant Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist, Special  Educator (Social Worker), Counsellor Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://tiruppur.nic.in/. 1. Medical Officer (UHWC) – MBBS
2. Staff Nurse / MLHP (UHWC/Rural) – DGNM or B.Sc., Nursing
3. Multi Purpose Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade II) (MPHW/HI Grade II) – Must have passed +2 with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Must have passed Tamil language as a subject in SSLC level. Must possess two years for Multi purpose Health worker (male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector course training.
4. Dental Surgeon –  BDS
5. Physiotherapist – Bachelor’s Degree in physiotherapist (BPT) Desirable: At least 2 years experience of working in a Hospital.
6. Audiologist (Audiologist & Speech Therapists) (GMCH) – B.Sc. Audiologist / 1. Must have passed HSC with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology with any one of the related subjects. 2. Must have passed a 1 year certificate course in Audiometry.
7. Audiometrician/ Audiometric Assistant (JDHS) – Technical person with 1 year DHLS from a RCI recognized institute.
8. Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist (JDHS) – A Graduate in Audiology & Speech language Pathology/B.Sc (Speech and hearing) from RCI accredited institute.
9. Early Interventionist – Special Educator – Social Worker – Post Graduate in Sociology / Social Work or Bachelor in Physiotherapy
10. Occupational Therapist – Bachelors / Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university. 1. The Minimum Period to be served for this position 2 Years adhering to the contractual norms of DHS (Contract being renewed after completion of every 11 months subject to performance appraisal) 2. The continuance of the contractual services engaged for the purpose shall not be entertained beyond the end date of the TN-Rights project.
11. Account Assistant – B.Com graduate with Minimum experience in maintenance of accounts. Account assistants are required to possess computer proficiency and must demonstrate expertise in the use of the “Tally Package.”
12. Lab Technician (Grade III) – A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology course (two years duration) conducted by the King Institute of Preventive Medicine or from any other institution recognized by the Government of Tamil nadu (or) Must have passed +2 Examination. Must posses, Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology Course (One year duration) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical  Education and iii) Candidates are required to possess a robust physical condition, excellent eyesight, and the ability to perform tasks in an outdoor environment.
13. Counsellor – Graduate degree / Post graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development / Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS (Special concession may be given for PLHIV)
14. OT Technician / OT Assistant – 3 months OT Technician course from recognised university/ institutions.
15. Hospital Worker/MPHW/ Sanitary Worker/ Security (Rural/ Urban/ GMCH/JDHS)  – 8th Passed and should read and write in Tamil
