கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Associate Vice President Lease Management & Marketing – 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.  Master of Business Administration in Marketing / Real Estate preferred. 
   • Experience: 7 – 12 years
2. Associate – AI and Frontier Technology Programs – 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Electronics or related engineering discipline.  Postgraduate specialization in AI, Data Science or Innovation preferred. 
   • Experience: 3 – 5 years 
3. Associate – Legal – 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law(BL or LLB Hons).  Enrollment with Bar Council required.  Experience in corporate or government procurement / Contract / Lease management laws preferred.
   • Experience: 3 – 5 years 
4. Consultant – Finance – 
   • Qualification: In case of candidates who have cleared CA- at least one year of experience in any company or audit form  In case of candidates who have cleared MBA (Finance) or CMA at least 3 years of experience in any company or audit firm.  In case of CA –Inter – at least 5 years of experience in any company or audit firm.
   • Experience: 2 – 5 years

3. Associate – Legal – 45 years

2. Associate – AI and Frontier Technology Programs – Rs. 6–9 LPA
3. Associate – Legal – Rs. 4.8–8 LPA
4. Consultant – Finance – Rs. 9-12 LPA
