No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/08) to fill the 104 AVP II – Group Head, AVP II – Territory Head, Dy Manager – Sr Relationship Manager, Dy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment and Insurance) Posts. கல்வி தகுதி : 

• Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE 
• Desirable Qualification: 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDA

Post Qualification Work Experience: 

• AVP II – Group Head – Minimum 10 Years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/ Investments in the financial service industry. Should have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at Regional Level at least for 5 years
• AVP II – Territory Head – Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management out of which minimum 2 years as a Team Lead. 
• Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager – Minimum 3 Years of Experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms / Asset Management Companies. 
• Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance) – Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management. outstanding familiarity with mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and investment products, among other topics.

1. AVP II – Group Head – Min: 31 Years, Max: 45 Years
2. AVP II – Territory Head – Min: 27 Years, Max: 40 Years 
3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager – Min: 24 Years, Max: 35 Years 
4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment and Insurance) – Min: 24 Years, Max: 45 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
