Indian Army Chennai Recruitment Rally 2026

   Indian Army has released the recruitment notification to fill the Agniveer (General Duty), Agniveer (Technical), Agniveer (Clerk / Store Keeper Technical), Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/ from 13.02.2026 to 01.04.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Indian Army Agniveer 2026 notification and verify their eligibility.

கல்வி தகுதி : 

1. Agniveer (General Duty) –
   • Class 10th /Matric pass with 45% (Forty Five) marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and min 33% (Thirty Three) Marks in each of those five subjects. For boards following the grading system, grades commensurate to percentages, as above, will be considered. 
   • Indian Gorkhas – Class 10th simple pass. 
   • Note: Applicants with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)  Driving License / Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements. 
2. Agniveer (Technical) –
   • 10+2/Intermediate/HSC Exam passed in Science with Physics, Maths and English with minimum 50% (Fifty Percentage) marks in aggregate. OR 
   • 10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Maths & English from any accredited State Education Board or Central Education Board to include NIOS and ITI courses of one year in any field with NSQF level 4 (Four) or above. OR
   • Passed 02 years vocational course with non-vocational subjects viz Physics and Mathematics from Education Board accredited by Central/State/UT Government with 50% (Fifty Percentage) marks in aggregate. The field for vocational subjects (NEP 2020) to be related to Science and Tech as mentioned below

3. Agniveer (Clerk / Store Keeper Technical) 
   • 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% (Fifty Percentage) in each subject. Securing 50% (Fifty Percentage) in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class XII is mandatory.
4. Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms)
   • Simple 10th pass (No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% (Thirty Three Percentage) in five basic subjects). 
   • Simple 8th pass (No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% (Thirty Three Percentage) in five basic subjects).

வயது வரம்பு :

• 17½ – 22 Years
• Applicants born between 01 Jul 2005 to 01 Jul 2009 (both days inclusive)

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

• Phase-I Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE). 
• Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site), Physical Measurement Test (At Rally Site), Medical Examination
