TNPL has released the recruitment notification to fill the 07 General Manager (R&D) / Deputy General Manager (R&D), Assistant General Manager (Tissue Marketing), Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing), Assistant Manager (Marketing), Assistant Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://tnpl.com/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 26.11.2025 at 05.00 PM. கல்வி தகுதி :

1. GM (R&D) / DGM (R&D)  – 
   • Qualification : Full time Science Degree with First Class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology with Ph.d in Chemistry / Ph.d in Pulp and Paper Technology.
   • Experience: For GM (R&D) :- Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology. 
   • Experience: DGM (R&D) :– Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology. 
2. Assistant General Manager (Tissue Marketing) – 
   • Qualification:
   • a) First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • b) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • c) First class Full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
   • Experience: Minimum 23 years of post qualification experience in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing field.
3. Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing) – 
   • Qualification :
   • a) First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • b) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • c) First class Full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing field.
4. Assistant Manager (Marketing) – 
   • Qualification :
   • a) First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • b) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
   • c) First class Full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Paper & Board Marketing field.
5. Assistant – 
   • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with certificate course in MS-Office 
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a large organization.

2. Assistant General Manager (Tissue Marketing) – 
   • GT – 43 to 50 years
   • BC/BCM/MBC/DNC – 43 to 53 years
   • SC/SCA/ST – 43 to 55 years
3. Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing) – 
   • GT – 28 to 40 years
   • BC/BCM/MBC/DNC – 28 to 43 years
