RGNIYD has released the recruitment notification No: RGNIYD/Rec/Regular & Contract NT/2025-26/005  to fill the 06 Teaching & Non Teaching Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://www.rgniyd.gov.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 22.12.2025. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the RGNIYD Teaching & Non-Teaching  2025 notification and verify their eligibility

Controller of Examination (Regular), Finance Officer (Regular), Library – Documentation Officer (Regular), Assistant (Regular), Consultant (Administration) on contract, Consultant (Academics) on contract Posts

காலிப்பணியிடங்கள்  :

                                06 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி :

  1. Controller of Examination (Regular) – 
    • Education Qualification: i. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in UGC seven-point scale. ii. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs.8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, (OR) iii. Comparable experience in a research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education (OR) iv. 15 years of administrative experience, of which Eight years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post
    • Desirable  :  i. Knowledge of working in E-Office System. ii. Experience in Exam Cell/CoE Section in a University or in any National Institutes. iii. Knowledge of computer applications.
  2. Finance Officer (Regular) – 
    • Education Qualification: i. Officers working in Organized Accounts Services (ICAS, IRAS, IDAS, IP&TAS, IA&AS) with holding analogous post on regular basis.
    • Desirable  :  i. familiarity with the E-Office System, PFMS, and Tally. ii. Knowledge of computer applications
  3. Library – Documentation Officer (Regular) –
    • Education Qualification:  i) M.Lib Science / M. Lis or equivalent with 50% marks, or ii) Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with Fifty Percentage marks and B.Lib.Sc/ B.L.I.Sc with Fifty Percentage marks. iii) 3 years’ experience in the field of Library & Information Science. 
    • Desirable: Knowledge of Open Source Software, One year course in computer with knowledge of office applications.
  1. Assistant (Regular) –
    • Education Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; ii) three years’ experience in administration and establishment or accounts and budget; etc. in the Government or University or College. iii) Knowledge of Computer Application.
    • Desirable : i. Knowledge of working in E-Office System. ii. Knowledge of computer applications.
  1. Consultant (Administration) on contract – 
    • Education Qualification: Minimum a Graduate in any discipline  
    • Desirable Qualification : Conversant with practical computer skills
    • Experience : Should have retired in minimum Pay Level 10 (Grade Pay 5400 as per 06 CPC) from any National Institute (or) University (or) State University with experience in General Administration, Legal Matters, Establishment, etc.
  1. Consultant (Academics) on contract – 
    • Education Qualification: Minimum a Graduate in any discipline
    • Desirable Qualification : Conversant with working knowledge in computer
    • Experience : Should have retired in minimum Pay Level 10 (Grade Pay 5400 as per 06 CPC) from any National Institute (or) University (or) State University with experience in Academic and Examination related works.
வயது வரம்பு :
  1. Controller of Examination (Regular) – 55 Years
  2. Finance Officer (Regular) – Preferably below 57 years
  3. Library – Documentation Officer (Regular) – 30 years 
  4. Assistant (Regular) – 27 years 
  5. Consultant (Administration) on contract – Not exceeding 62 years
  6. Consultant (Academics) on contract – Not exceeding 62 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

  • For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
  • For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
  • For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
  • For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
  • For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
  • For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

சம்பளம் : 

  1. Controller of Examination (Regular) – Rs.37,400-67,000 AGP – Rs.8,700/
  2. Finance Officer (Regular) – Rs.15,600-39,100 GP – Rs.7,600/-
  3. Library – Documentation Officer (Regular) – Rs.9,300-34,800 GP – Rs.4,600/-
  4. Assistant (Regular) – Rs.5,200-20,200 GP – Rs.2,400/-
  5. Consultant (Administration) on contract – Equivalent to the last pay drawn plus Dearness Allowance minus (Pension plus Dearness Relief)
  6. Consultant (Academics) on contract – Equivalent to the last pay drawn plus Dearness Allowance minus (Pension plus Dearness Relief)
