- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
- Minimum Experience: The candidate must have minimum 15 years’ in Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities of which minimum 10 years should be in handling housing finance operations (retail credit appraisal / Risk)
- Dy. General Manager – Sustainable Finance –
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) Certification In addition to the educational qualifications listed above, the candidate must possess one of the following certifications as on 01-09-2025: ▪ Certificate in Green and Sustainable Finance awarded by Chartered Banker Institute ▪ Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate awarded by Global Association of Risk Professionals ▪ Certificate in ESG Investing awarded by CFA Institute
- Minimum Experience: The candidate must have minimum 15 years’ post qualification experience in Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities of which minimum 10 years should be in the area of credit.
- Assistant General Manager – Credit (Backlog) –
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline along with Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent/ FRM from GARP/PRM from PRMIA
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer in the Banks/ FIs/ Regulatory bodies/regulated lending entities of which minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Credit/Corporate Credit/ Project Finance.
- Assistant Manager – Learning & Development –
- Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
- Minimum Experience: The candidate must have minimum 1- year post-qualification experience in the field of learning & development / training in officer cadre in Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities / Govt. Training Institutes in the field of Banking.
- Assistant Manager – Audit –
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum Experience: The candidate must have minimum 1 year’s post qualification experience in the field of audit
- Chief Information Security Officer –
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology disciplines namely Computer Science /Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical or Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) from a university/Institute recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. International certifications like as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, or CCSP are required of the candidate.
- Minimum Experience: The candidate should have an overall experience of at least 10 years in the area of IT/Information Security (of which) 5 years should be in the area of managing or implementing Information Security / Cyber Security projects / activities. Experience in the Banking/Financial Sector will be preferred.
- Head: Learning & Development –
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant/ Company Secretary/MBA /Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience out of which 4 years should be in the field of Credit/Learning and Development/Human Resource in the housing finance sector.
- Senior Tax Officer –
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling tax matters in Banks/Regulatory Bodies/Housing Finance Companies/ PSUs.
