Indian Coast Guard has released the recruitment notification to fill the 14 Store Keeper Grade-II, Engine Driver, Lascar, Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade),  Peon, GO (Gestner Operator), Welder (Semi-Skilled) Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://indiancoastguard.gov.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 29.12.2025. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Indian Coast Guard Group C 2025 notification and verify their eligibility

                                14 பணியிடம் காலியாக உள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Store Keeper Grade-II – 
   • Qualification: 12th Pass from recognised board or university. 
   • Experience: One year’s experience in handling stores from any recognised firm or central or stage govt organisation or public sector undertaking.
2. Engine Driver – 
   • Qualification: Matriculation pass from a recognised board or equivalent. a certification of proficiency as an engine driver from an accredited government organization or its equivalent.
   • Experience: Two years of duty as a sarang on a ship with more than 400 boat horsepower.
3. Lascar – 
   • Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised boards. 
   • Experience: three years experience in service boat.
4. Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) – 
   • Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised board and should possess valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles. 02 years experience of driving. knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).
5.  Peon, GO (Gestner Operator) – 
   • Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised boards. 
   • Experience: two years experience as Office attendant.
6. Welder (Semi-Skilled) – 
   • Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent. 
   • Experience: 03 years experience in the relevant trade.

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Store Keeper Grade-II – 18 to 25 years
2. Engine Driver – 18 to 30 years
3. Lascar – 18 to 30 years
4. Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) – 18 to 27 years
5.  Peon, GO (Gestner Operator) – 18 to 27 years
6. Welder (Semi-Skilled) – 18 to 27 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
• For OBC Applicants: +3 years 
• For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years 
• For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years 
• For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years 
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

3. Lascar – Pay Level – 01
4. Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) – Pay Level – 02

• “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF” (i.e., Store Keeper Grade-II, Engine Driver, Lascar, CMTD (OG), MTS (Peon, GO), Welder (Semi-Skilled), and the category for which they applied (i.e., UR/EWS/OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/SC/ST) must be clearly superscribed in bold letters on the envelope containing the application.
