The Dharmapuri District website can be accessed at http://www.dharmapuri.nic.in/ to get the application form in PDF format. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 25.11.2025. 7. Pharmacist /Dispenser – D.Pharm (Intgrated Pharmacy Course (AYUSH) (Certificate issued by Govt. of Tamil Nadu only)
