Chennai Corporation has released the recruitment notification to fill the 345 Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, MPHW/Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade-II) – Male, Support Staff, Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM), X-Ray Technician, Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy, Occupational Therapists, Social Worker, Senior Lab Technician, Lab- Store Assistant Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://chennaicorporation.gov.in/gcc/ . The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 11.04.2025 at 05.00 PM.  Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the Chennai Corporation 2025 notification and verify their eligibility

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Medical Officer – MBBS

2. Staff Nurse – DGNM or B.Sc., Nursing

3. MPHW/Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade-II) – Male –i) Must have completed Biology or Botany and Zoology in plus two. ii) Must have completed Tamil language as a subject at the SSLC level. iii) Must have completed two years of training as a Multipurpose Health Worker (male), Health Inspector, or  Sanitary Inspector offered by reputable private institutions, Trusts, universities, or  prestigious universities, including Gandhigram Rural Institute Training course certificate.

4. Support Staff – Should have studied minimum 8th Standard. Must be able to read  and write.

5. Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) – Higher Secondary Course with 2 years ANM course (Registration with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council) from Govt. Recognized institution

6. X-Ray Technician – X-Ray technician (2 Years course) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu.

7. Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy – Bachelors/Master’s degree in Special  Education in Intellectual Disability from a UGC-recognized Universi- ty. The individual must have a current, valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration number.

8. Occupational Therapists – Bachelors/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.

9. Social Worker – Master of Social Work (MSW)

10. Senior Lab Technician – 1.Post Graduate Diploma in Genetic Diagnosis Technology/ Cytogenetics. 2.Degree in Biotechnology /Human Genetics /Molecular Biology/Medical Laboratory Technician.

11. Lab – Store Assistant – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Medical Officer – Below 40 Years

2. Staff Nurse – Below 50 Years

3. MPHW/Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade-II) – Male –  Below 35 Years

4. Support Staff – Below 45 Years

5. Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) – Below 45 Years

6. X-Ray Technician – Below 45 Years

7. Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy – Should not be over 40 Years

8. Occupational Therapists – Should not be over 40 Years

9. Social Worker – Should not be over 40 Years

10. Senior Lab Technician – Should not be over 40 Years

11. Lab – Store Assistant – Should not be over 40 Years

Applications received beyond last date and time will not be entertained.
