கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Technical Assistant / Multi Specialist Technician –  Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / EEE / E&C)  Work experience: 2 years of working experience in operations and maintenance  of mechanical (Lifts & HVAC), Electrical and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions.  Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

2. Manager (Operation & Maintenance) –  Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / EEE / E&C) Work experience: 5 years of working experience in operations management, facilities management, inventory control, vendor relationship management, plant operations / managing real estate / technology parks Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

3. Executive Assistant – Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Work experience: 2 years of experience in using computers, Microsoft tools  (Word, Excel, Power point) with English Typing Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

4. Executive Engineer (Civil) – Educational Qualification: Graduate – BE (Civil) Work experience: 10 years post qualification experience in High Rise Infrastructure  Projects/IT Parks. Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

5. Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Educational Qualification: Graduate – BE (Civil) Work experience: 5 years post qualification experience in High Rise Infrastructure  Projects/IT Parks. Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

6. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – Educational Qualification: Graduate – BE (EEE) Work experience: 05 years post qualification experience in High Rise Infrastructure Projects/IT Parks. Language Skills:Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

7. Superintending Engineer/ Executive Engineer (Electrical). – Educational Qualification: Graduate – BE (EEE) Work experience: 10 years post qualification experience in High Rise Infrastructure Projects/IT Parks. Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

8. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Educational Qualification: Any Degree with Qualified Chartered Accountant (Must be an Associate or Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants  of India) Work experience: 7 years of experience in Corporate / Public Sector Organisation  after CA in handling finance and good knowledge in accounting and finalisation of books of accounts. It is ideal if you have experience with real estate, commercial  buildings, IT/ITeS firms, industrial parks, or SEZs and can manage a turnover of at least Rs. 100 crs. Experience in Tally ERP is desirable. Language Skills: Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil.

8. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Rs. 59,300/- to Rs. 1,87,700/- (Level 25)
