கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Company Secretary –  Qualifications: Degree from a recognized university, qualified as a Company Secretary and having a valid membership from ICSI. Experience: The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3 (three) years as a designated Company Secretary preferably in a Listed company and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and SEBI, Stock Exchange, etc

2. Intermediate passed (CS) – Qualifications: Degree from a recognized university, Intermediate (Executive level) qualified from ICSI

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Company Secretary – 30 years

2. Intermediate passed (CS) – 22 years

சம்பளம் :

1. Company Secretary – Rs.1,00,000/-

2. Intermediate passed (CS) – Rs.20,000/-
