 NPS Trust has released the recruitment notification No: 5/2025 to fill the 19 Officer Grade B (Manager) and Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://npstrust.org.in/ from 16.01.2025 to 05.02.2025. கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Grade A (Assistant Manager) – General –
Qualification: Full time Graduation/ Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM / PGDM/ from an Indian University/ Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Government.
Experience: Nil

2. Grade A (Assistant Manager) – Risk Management – 
Qualification: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute approved by the government, UGC, or AICTE. A diploma in business analytics, data science, data analytics, or data statistics is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post Qualification experience in areas relating to pension/ financial sector, special knowledge/experience in Investment Management /Treasury Management /Risk Management

3. Grade B (Manager) – General –  Qualification: Full time Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM/ PGDM/ from an Indian University/ Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Government. Experience: Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in officer cadre in areas relating to pension / financial sector/ special knowledge/ experience in law, finance, economics, accountancy, statistics, Administration or any other discipline considered useful to the Trust

4. Grade B (Manager) – Human Resource –  Qualification: Full time MBA /Master’s degree/ Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (at least for 02 years full time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management and equivalent. The educational credentials must come from institutions approved by the government, UGC, and AICTE. Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 4 years post qualification experience in officer cadre in handling various activities and functions of HR, preferably in Government/ Public Sector.

5. Grade B (Manager) – Risk Management –  Qualification: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute approved by the government, UGC, or AICTE. A diploma in business analytics, data science, data analytics, or data statistics is preferred. Experience: Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification experience in officer cadre in areas relating to pension/ financial sector, special knowledge/experience in Investment Management /Treasury Management /Risk Management

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

1. Phase I (on-line examination consisting of one paper of 120 marks)

2. Phase II (on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and

3. Phase III (Interview)
