I. MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

A. Category – I Graduate Apprentices:-  A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevantdiscipline.  A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grantsuch degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.  Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above

B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-  A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a State Council or Board ofTechnical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.  A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a University in relevant discipline.  A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above. 

C. Category – III Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:-  A Degree in A r t s / S c i e n c e / C o m m e r c e / H u m a n i t i e s s u c h a s B A / B . S c . , / B . C o m / B B A / B B M / B C A e t c . , (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved

B. Category II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (Engineering / Technology)- RS.8000/-
