| 1. General Duty (GD) – (i) Should hold a degree from a recognised university. (ii) Math’s and Physics as subject upto Intermediate (12th) or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent. The Applicants, who have completed Bachelor Degree after diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess a diploma with physics and Math’s in its curriculum. |
| 2. Technical (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) – (i) Should hold an Engineering degree from a recognized university in Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Marine or Industrial and Metallurgy or Design or Automotive or Production or Mechatronics or Aeronautical or Aerospace. OR Equivalent Educational qualification in any of the above disciplines concerned recognised by the Institutes of the Engineers (India) as exempted from section ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their AMIE. (ii) Should hold an Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized university in Electronics or Telecommunication or Electrical or Instrumentation or Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation and Control or Power Electronics or Power Engineering. OR Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognised by the Institutes of the Engineers (India) as exempted from section ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their AMIE. (iii) Math’s and Physics as subject upto intermediate (12th) or class XII of 10+2+3 Pattern of education or equivalent. The Applicants, who have completed Bachelor Degree after diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an diploma with physics and Math’s in its curriculum. |
| 1. General Duty (GD) – 21-25 years i.e. born between 01.07.2000 & 30.06.2004 (Both dates inclusive). (Five Years relaxation for personnel serving in Indian Coast Guard or equivalent personnel in Indian Navy/ Indian Army/ Indian Air Force) |
| 2. Technical (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) – 21-25 years i.e. born between 01.07.2000 & 30.06.2004 (Both dates inclusive). (Five Years relaxation for personnel serving in Indian Coast Guard) |
