4. MPHW (F)/ Auxiliary Nurse Midwives / Urban Health Nurse – – SSLC with 18 months ANM/MPHW (Female) course. – For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health workers (female) qualification after 15.11.2012 +2 with 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health workers (Female) course.

5. Pharmacist – 12th + D.Pharm/B.Pharm

6. Audiologist (Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist) – A Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology/B.Sc (Speech and hearing)

7. Audiometrician / Audiometric Assistant – 1 year Diploma in Hearing, Language and speech (DHLS)

8. Ayush Doctor (Siddha) – BSMS

9. Dispenser (Siddha) – Diploma in Pharmacy (Siddha / Intregrated)

10. Dispenser (Siddha) – Diploma in Pharmacy (Siddha / Intregrated)
