கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Centre Administrator – Masters in Law/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Sociology/ Masters in Social Science/ Masters in Psychology with atleast 5 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community.

2. Social Worker – Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Master in Law/ Master of Psychology /Sociology with a minimum 3 years working experience in the field of violence against women issues. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community.

3. Multi Purpose Helper – The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10 std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 2 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community
