கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Head (Technical) – Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering Preferable Post Graduate qualification In the above said discipline Experience:  Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry with minimum 5 years’ of experience at a senior level in cement Industry

2. Head (Marketing) – Educational Qualification:  MBA from recognized university Experience Minimum: 10 to 15 years’ experience in Marketing with minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing cement at a senior level

வயது வரம்பு :

1. Head (Technical) – 62 years

2. Head (Marketing) – 55 years

சம்பள விவரம் :

1. Head (Technical) – Rs.2.50 Lakhs to Rs.3 Lakhs per month (Consolidated)

2. Head (Marketing) – Rs.2.25 Lakhs to Rs.2.75 Lakhs per month (Consolidated)
